The first ladder is a streight wooden ladder.
The second is flared, it is wider at the bottom than top.
The last one is an extention ladder.

They all can have Feet. You know, the things on the bottom
of a ladder to keep from slipping. The feet sit on the y plane.
They all can have round or flat rungs. They all controls for
their height, width and number of rungs(steps). They also has
an Tilt angle that rotates the ladder in the X plane. This
makes it eazy to place against a wall and keep the feet firmly
  on the ground.

The third Ladder(the extention) can be extended to the height
of the ladder. It has rung catchers that grab the lower ladder's
rungs. So to look good the upper ladder should be moved in
interger steps. You cann't move the extention beyond the last rung.
